Courtney Thomas is a small business owner, public speaker, master barber, fitness and lifestyle coach, and personal trainer from Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul Minnesota. Courtney is the founder of Anchored well-Fit LLC and Anchored Barber Stylist which she established to help others find peace and healing through biblical principles that focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Courtney is also the author of the book, A Principled Journey, that was written to help people discover the principles she's used to create a life of balance and freedom.

As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. I chose the anchor because it represents security, stability, and strength. Our life should also exemplify these characteristics. My mission is to help people create a whole lifestyle. Creating balance and walking in healing. Learning from and teaching ourselves how to be our best selves. I teach that having a secure spiritual belief and awareness will help us move through life more boldly. I encourage developing a stable mind with healthy thoughts to create positive behavior change. I coach and instruct the importance of physical activity to maintain a strong body that will sustain the energy needed to complete the work we must do.
